Why IDC exists

Our founder Kateryna once danced in studios with no heating in winter, heels catching on broken parquet floors, and no changing rooms at all. "When I think back to my own dance childhood, those memories aren't very bright. I hope our children will have different ones."

So in 2021, IDC started from a simple idea: Irpin needed a place people actually want to come to. Bright, spacious studios, comfortable changing rooms, an atmosphere that's a pleasure to train and to teach in. A place worth gravitating toward.

Our mission

We give children and their parents genuine, well-rounded development. At the foundation is physical health: together with specialists from a rehabilitation centre, we look at posture, feet and joints before we ever add dance-specific load. Then comes technique, acrobatics, acting. What comes out the other end is a performer ready for any stage — from a school recital to a world championship.

Not every child will become a professional dancer — and none of them has to. But every one of them becomes healthier, more confident and happier.

Three things we'll never change

A professional approach. We don't do anything halfway. If it's an end-of-year concert, it's built like a real show. If it's a routine, it's thought through to the smallest detail. This isn't a hobby club.

Conditions. Bright studios, good flooring, clean changing rooms — basic respect for children and teachers, not a bonus.

People. A teacher in the studio shapes who a child becomes. That's why we choose our team not only for dance ability but for values — and we protect the atmosphere we've spent years building.

A big family — not a marketing line

The support is real, from the administrator's first "good afternoon" to the group chats. We teach children to cheer each other on, not compete — even when they're in the same category at a competition. Parents of our students become friends, travel to competitions together, and say they found their circle here.

People trust us

Several times a week, parents drive their children in from Kyiv. They tell us they haven't found this approach even in the capital. And the judges of world competitions confirm it with scores: three gold medals at Dance World Cup 2026 is the result of a system, not chance.
